You do not need to be registered with e-file to create a re:Search account.
You may want to check your state for access rules.

- Who can access re:SearchIL and what data can they see?
- Who can access re:SearchLA and what data can they see?

- Who can access re:SearchNM and what data can they see?
- Who can access re:SearchTX and what data can they see?
If you need to register, go to filenow.me and click on "re:Search" under your state's section. (At this time, only California, Choctaw tribal courts (Oklahoma), Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, New Mexico, and Texas are available.)
Once you have arrived at re:Search, click on Register in the top right corner.
Follow the steps on screen to register.
