In order to access re:SearchMaine, you must be registered on either the eFile Maine or re:SearchMaine sites. If you already have an eFile Maine account, you can sign into re:SearchMaine using the same email address and password. If you don't have an eFile Maine account, you can register for an account on re:SearchMaine. Here's a quick summary of the roles that can access re:SearchMaine:

How far back is data available?
re:SearchMaine contains all the electronic case data available in Maine. The electronic record will include all currently active cases and all cases from 12/1/2020 to the present.
What court case types are available?
At this time, re:SearchMaine has all case types, including criminal, but certain case types may not be visible to certain roles due to security considerations.
Does re:SearchMaine have a complete set of every filing on every case in the database?
Yes, as long as the filing and/or document doesn't have security restrictions on it, it should be visible to the appropriate roles. If you believe there are more filings or documents that should be appearing on the case, please click the "Expect to See More Filings" button to see some guidance, as well as the ability for you to request our support team to look into a missing filing for you. Please send us feedback if you believe there should be more filings on a certain case.
