Re:Search is a web-based platform that allows registered users access to an online repository of court case information powered by the state’s e-filing database.
Court records and documents can be difficult to obtain. Re:Search is an easy-to-use website that provides secure, cross-jurisdictional access to electronic court records and documents throughout the states we provide services for.
We currently provide services for: California, Georgia, Illinois, Maine, New Mexico, and Texas.
How Do I Access re:Search?
In order to access re:Search, you must be registered on either the eFile or re:Search site for your state. If you already have an eFile account, you can sign into re:Search using the same email address and password. If you don't have an eFile account, you can register for an account on re:Search. (This will also grant you access to your state's eFile site.)
How Much Does re:Search Cost?
Basic case and filing search in re:Search is free to all users. Some states offer advanced features for legal professionals for a subscription fee, though a subscription isn't necessary to enjoy basic use of the re:Search site.
