In order to access re:SearchChoctaw, you must be registered on either the eFileOK or re:SearchChoctaw sites. If you already have an eFileOK account, you can sign into re:SearchChoctaw with your same email address and password. If you don't have an eFileOK account, you can register for an account on re:SearchChoctaw.
The following roles can access re:SearchChoctaw:

How far back is data available?
Data and documents that were e-filed are in re:SearchChoctaw from 10/1/2018. Additionally, local courts may choose to integrate their case management systems with re:SearchChoctaw to contribute case data and documents that were not e-filed. In these instances, cases and documents contributed via the local courts could go back decades. The data in each court will vary on a court-by-court basis.

What court case types are available?
At this time, re:SearchChoctaw has all case types including criminal at select courts. At a high-level, adoption, mental health, and criminal case types are restricted to only be accessed by Attorneys of Record, SRL's, Judges, and Clerks.
