Court portals (like nccourts.gov or other state- or county-based court system websites) are court system owned and operated websites that provide information for local court systems, including contact information. The courts' internal IT teams (or some third-party webhost commissioned by the courts) maintain these sites. Tyler Technologies has nothing to do with the hosting and maintenance of these portals.
Some court portals are branded with the Tyler Technologies logo and the text, "Empowered by Tyler Technologies", along with a Tyler Technologies copyright and software version number.
Unfortunately, Filer Support cannot provide support for these court portals. The only websites Filer Support provides technical and navigational assistance for are the eFile & Serve, Guide & File, re:Search, or ODR websites found at filenow.me.
We strongly advise contacting the filing clerks or the IT department for the courts these websites are designed for if you encounter technical issues while accessing these websites or if you require assistance navigating them, as Filer Support cannot assist you with these court portals.
