Sometimes, the Case Information - which includes the Location, Case Category, Case Type, Case Filed Date, and Judge - or Parties data in re:Search appears incorrect.
This information is drawn from the Case Management System (CMS) at the court where the case is being tried. If there are any errors in this information, contact the court that has jurisdiction over the case to have the clerks correct/update the data.
Once the court clerks have corrected the data, click the Refresh button to refresh the case data.
