If you are a party on a case(not an attorney) and need to access the documents. Re:Search will recognize you as a party of record role if you have at least 1 accepted eFiling into that case. Re:Search uses a shared login with the eFile website so once that filing has been accepted, re:Search will recognize that login as a party on the case. If you want to eFile a document, click here to locate your court's eFile website.
If you do not have any documents to eFile, then the court where the case resides will have to assign your email to Parties section of the case. Once the email is assigned, the case will appear under My Cases on the Dashboard.
Note: Only the court can control the information on a case in re:Search.
If you are a party on the case, you must be registered as such. If you are registered as an attorney, but you are a party on a particular case, the court will still need to add you as an Attorney Of Record to the case to access, due to being registered as such in the system.
