Re:Search obtains filings and documents from the eFile website. If a document was filed in person or filed internally within the court, it's possible the document won't be on re:Search unless the court's case system is integrated with re:Search.
User's do have the ability to update a case. At the top left within the case information you can click on the Case Refresh icon.
This icon will check either the eFile website or the court's case system(must be an integrated court) for an update on filings.
- NOTE: The Refresh button has been temporarily disabled for re:Search Ohio and re:Search Texas due to technical issues.
Note: The filing has to be accepted by the court before it will show up in reSearch. How long does it take for a eFiled document or case to appear on re:Search?
