The number is generated based on cases where the attorney is listed as lead attorney with the Parties information of a case. If there is no lead attorney or the incorrect attorney is listed, you can attempt to do a case refresh which checks the court's case system or the eFile site for the latest information of the case.
If the case remains the same after 10 minutes, you will need to contact the applicable court directly to have yourself added to the case on the re:Search. They may correct this information for you, or they may require you to file an appearance into the case. If you do see the correct attorney listed on the case but this case does not appear under the My Firm's Cases card, it's possible that the bar number has yet to be linked for that attorney.
