You can reach our Knowledge Base and its User Guides once you are logged into the re:Search portal by clicking on the Question Mark icon at the upper right corner of the page, then by selecting the "Support Center" option from the dropdown menu that appears below.
The Knowledge Base should then appear in a new tab in your browser.
