If you have clicked the document title hyperlink and receive the following message, "Failure Loading Documents," you may be able to fix this error by doing a case refresh update. Find the case number by searching for the case. Once the case appears in the search, click on the case title.
In the Case Information, click on the circular arrow icon at the top left in the Case Information section and this will attempt a case update. Please click the icon once and allow 15 to 20 minutes for the case to update. Any additional click of the Refresh icon can delay the update.
- NOTE: The Refresh button is not available for any other state.
