Search for a case in re:Search using the Quick Search input field.
Once you have located the case, click on the name of the case to bring up the Case Information.
In the Case Information, click on the eye icon at the top right corner.
A dialogue box will appear asking you to either upgrade your re:Search subscription plan or to buy one Case Alert credit.
You will then be taken to the pricing page where you will enter the credit or debit card you wish to charge and click on the button that says Buy One Case Alert.
NOTE: check on your dashboard under Case Alerts to make sure you are watching the case.
