Is a Pro or Premium account required?
No, the basic plan allows you to search and purchase documents.
Do I still have to purchase documents on case?
Yes, unless you are an attorney of record OR party of record then document purchases are still required. A subscription does not give you the documents for free.
Do I get more access with a Pro or Premium account?
No access is the same among Basic, Pro and Premium.
What's the difference between Pro and Premium accounts?
Premium allows for 15 Search Alerts, Name Alerts, In-document text search, and Case Alerts per month. Pro is unlimited.
Do I have to commit for a year to a re:Search Pro or Premium account?
No, monthly plans are available. Just move the blue button at the top of the pricing page to see the difference between Monthly and Annual. Prices may vary by state.
